  • Coastal Hideaway is designed for intimate elopements and small ceremonies.

    We have 3 different package sizes to suit your party size, maximum 20 guests.

    • 3 hours in total from set up and pack up.

  • Parking for up to 3 vehicles and/ or 1 mini-bus

    No street parking.

  • We are mainly a ceremony space, however we do have facilities to hold up to 10 people for an intimate private chef dinner experience.

  • No — our venue is entirely outdoors and best suited to fair weather. We recommend booking during seasons with low rain risk and having a backup plan in place.

  • No. We offer a beautiful blank canvas — all furnishings, styling, and equipment must be provided by you or your vendors.

    We’re a small family-run space and only host a limited number of elopements each year, so each booking is deeply valued.

  • Absolutely — you’re free to style the designated lawn space however you like, provided no damage is done to the land or property.

  • Each elopement booking includes a 3-hour exclusive window, which includes setup, ceremony, and pack down. Your time will be confirmed during the booking process. The Venue closes at 7pm.

  • Yes — private viewings are available by appointment only. No drop-ins or unaccompanied visits, as this is our family home.

  • Yes — you’re welcome to BYO all vendors, including caterers.

  • No kitchen or prep space is available. We recommend using vendors who can work out of a food truck or self-contained setup.

  • Yes, BYO is permitted for elopements, but you are responsible for ensuring safe service and transport. We recommend hiring a licensed mobile bar if serving guests.

  • Yes we have a list of recommended local vendors we know & trust.

  • We don’t currently offer accommodation, but we can suggest beautiful nearby stays depending on your preferences.

  • You’ll have access to our converted sea container, which includes a bathroom and space to change or freshen up.

  • Yes — there is a private on-site bathroom. With Wheelchair access.

  • Yes — we provide designated parking for up to 3 cars and/or 1 bus. No road parking is allowed. We recommend arranging group transport.

  • Yes - Bookings include a complimentary 1 hour rehearsal slot.

  • Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and must be kept on a lead at all times.

  • No amplified music. Our space is designed for peaceful, quiet celebrations. All guests must leave promptly at the end of your booking window.

  • At this stage, we do not allow large marquee or tipi setups due to the nature of the land
